Your health is our priority. Public Health Services is here to protect and promote the well-being of everyone in Haywood County. Our team works daily to assess community health needs, develop policies, identify and address health threats, and connect residents with essential resources and services.

We’re proud to offer a wide range of services through our dedicated full-time staff, which includes a Health Director, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, public health nurses, environmental health specialists, nutritionists, health educators, lab technicians, social workers, dentist, dental hygienist, dental assistants, and medical office assistants.
