How does it work?
You'll need a Haywood County Public Library Card in good standing to reserve a Zoom Pass. Institution cards cannot be used to reserve a Zoom Pass.
Zoom Passes are reserved in person. They are issued on a first come, first served basis and the cardholder must be present, with their card, at the time of reservation. Only one pass can be reserved per household.
Passes cannot be reserved more than 6 weeks in advance.
Pay close attention to the specific guidelines of each pass - the number of adults and children granted entry is dependent on the type of pass reserved.
Zoom Passes cannot be renewed and are good for your reservation day only.
The Zoom Pass ticket is your admission to the venue, don't lose it! We cannot issue a replacement pass.
You are responsible for knowing the schedule of the venue you are attending with regards to opening and closing times. Admission guidelines may vary and pass users must follow the rules of the venue.
