  1. Western Carolina Photo Exhibit

    You’re invited to view a photo exhibit of historic Haywood County photographs at the Waynesville Library during the months of August and September. The community’s assistance is needed to identify the people and places pictured. Images are from the Sherrill Studio Photograph collection at WCU’s Hunter Library and depict the region during the first half of the 20th century. Exhibit is in the North Carolina Room.   2. 123 Play With Me

    This is a five-week session for parents and caregivers of toddlers (6 months to 3 years old). Family units come to a room filled with toys that encourage creative play and art exploration. For one hour, participants explore these learning stations followed by a short circle time of singing songs and reciting rhymes. Registration required!     This storytime focuses on rhymes, songs, and simple stories to promote early literacy. Target ages 0-2. All storytimes will be held outside, weather permitting, so bring a blanket to sit on.
