    The Seed Library of Waynesville, located in the upper floor of the Waynesville Library opens March 1st and remains open until all seeds are gone. We offer up to 10 free seed packets to anyone with an NC Cardinal Library card. Library hours are 9-1, M-F. Check out our inventory at The Seed Library welcomes seed donations that are clearly marked with name and variety, and your contact information.     Join Haywood Waterways Association and Haywood County's Recycling Coordinator to learn more about litter, stream health and recycling in our community. Explore what can be recycled, how trash affects stream health and why it is important to practice the 3R's: reduce, reuse and recycle. Access this virtual program video beginning April 20 at and on the Haywood County YouTube Channel. APRIL CLEANUP Date: 4/24/21 Time: 9-10:30 am Where: Richland Creek. Meet at the Vance Street pavilion along Richland Creek (550 Vance Street, Waynesville) RSVP: April 23nd to Christine O’Brien at or 828-476-4667 ext. 11. Description: The cleanup will take place along the walking trail and stream bank of Richland Creek. Gloves, trash bags, trash grabbers, vests provided.
