Who is eligible for the North Carolina Breast and Cervical Cancer Control (NC BCCCP) Program?

North Carolina Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP) is available to women who:

  • Between ages 50 to 64 for breast screening services and 21 to 64 for cervical screening services
  • Have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
  • Residents of Haywood County
  • Uninsured or underinsured
  • Without Medicare Part B or Medicaid
