Primary Care Case Management (PCCM)
The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits hereby provides Notice of its intent to amend the Medicaid State Plan to update language to reflect PCCM changes in anticipation of managed care. This amendment will become effective November l , 2019.
The annual estimated state fiscal impact of this change is:
SFY 2020 $ 2,272,259
SFY 2021 $ 4,753,244
