· Case trends: Travel - either returning from Myrtle Beach, Greenville, Pigeon Forge, and various vacation spots or planning a trip somewhere - and being surprised by a positive test is a common thread lately. We have also seen:
o Some continued secondary cases from the Enchanting Hair Salon Cluster
o A college student
o Contacts to positive cases who also test positive
o We are now asking positive adults about school-age children in the home to make sure they quarantine.

· Attached is an article about the tragic COVID-related death of a previously healthy, active App State student. In a message to the university community, App State Chancellor Sheri Evans stated “His family’s wishes are for the university to share a common call to action so our entire campus community recognizes the importance of following COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines. Despite generally being at lower risk for severe illness, college-age adults can become seriously ill from COVID-19.”
