County appraisers and data collectors with Tanner Valuation will be visiting properties countywide for the 2021 revaluation. These staff members will be operating a marked vehicle and produce County ID. They will measure buildings and may ask questions regarding the characteristics of the structures. This process will take until the end of 2020. They are currently in the areas of North Canton Rd., Off Newfound Rd., Johnson Dr., Oakmont Rd., Robin Lane, Maggie Valley area, Aldersgate Rd. and Meadowind Court areas.
