County appraisers and data collectors with Tanner Valuation will be visiting properties countywide for the 2021 revaluation. These staff members will be operating a marked vehicle and produce County ID. They will measure buildings and may ask questions regarding the characteristics of the structures. This process will take until the end of 2020. They are currently in the Elbert Burnette Rd., Maggie Valley area, Owl Holler Rd., Hyatt Creek Rd., Johnson Branch Rd., Wild Acres area, Dogwood Lakes Area, New Clyde Hwy., Walnut Cove Rd. and Dutch Cove areas.
