COVID-19 Testing:

-Right Now, no one across the country or region has enough equipment for specimen collection or for the protection of healthcare workers

-Not only that, but currently it takes 4-5 days to get results, so it can only show if you had it, or not, at that time. We cannot know what your exposure has been since then.

-You may have heard about a new test that gives results in 45 minutes. It is for hospital use only and not available at this time.

-Due to this, testing is being used only in certain medical situations.

-Again, if you are showing symptoms, please isolate yourself and avoid exposing anyone else.

-If you become short of breath, visit the emergency department or call 911
