[ARCHIVED] HC Commissioners are seeking applications for the Haywood County TDA Board

The Board of County Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill three vacancies on the Tourism Development Authority Board.

The three positions are for three-year terms which will begin January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022, for representatives from the following types of businesses:

1 seat represented by accommodations from the zip code 28745;

1 seat represented by accommodations with 20 units or less; and

1 seat represented by a tourism-related business.

Application forms may be downloaded from the “How Do I” section of the county website, www.haywoodcountync.gov or picked up from the County Manager’s Office, Haywood County Courthouse, Third Floor, 215 North Main Street, Waynesville, or attached to an email to Candace Way at Candace.way@haywoodcountync.gov.

The deadline for applications is 5 p.m., Friday, November 22 , 2019.
