The Haywood County Board of Commissioners is seeking applications to fill an Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) position on the Waynesville Planning Board. This appointment will fill an unexpired term ending June 30, 2026.
The deadline for applications is 5:00 PM on January 2, 2026.
Application forms may be downloaded from the “How Do I… Submit Volunteer Board or Committee Applications” section of the county website at https://www.haywoodcountync.gov/9/How-Do-I , or picked up from the County Manager’s Office, located on the third floor of the Haywood County Historic Courthouse, 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
