[ARCHIVED] 2019 Fall Rabies Clinics

2019 Rabies Clinic

All dogs, cats, and ferrets four (4) months or older must be vaccinated against rabies.  NOTE:  New State Law G.S. 130A-185 requires that the owner of all dogs, cats, and ferrets four (4) months old or older have them vaccinated.  The North Carolina Courts have ruled that to be in compliance with this law the Rabies Vaccination must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.  It is suggested that cats be left inside your vehicle during this clinic and let the veterinarian administer the vaccine there.  The cost is $9.00 per vaccination.  Please bring your dogs and cats needing vaccination to one of the following locations.  (The veterinarians will also offer $9.00 vaccination in their office during clinic days.)  A previous rabies vaccination certificate is required for three year vaccination.
