Whereas the Governor of North Carolina declared a State of Emergency on March 15, 2020, and Haywood County declared a State of Emergency on March 15, 2020, both related to keeping people safe related to COVID-019, the Health and Human Services Agency Board meeting shall be taking the following precautions at the request of the Chairman of the Board.
- The Board will be allowed to call in to the meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
- The Public will be allowed to listen to the meeting in a separate area at the Health and Human Service Agency, which is the previous meeting location.
- All public comment will be taken in writing by mail or email at an address to be provided at the meeting location.
