Haywood County is accepting applications for Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) through FEMA. If your property was impacted by Hurricane Helene, you may be eligible for assistance with:
✅ Removal of storm-generated debris from private property, roads, and driveways
✅ Demolition of hazardous structures
🗑 Eligible Debris Includes:
🌿 Vegetative debris (trees, branches, etc.)
🏗 Construction & demolition debris
🛠 White goods (household appliances)
⚠ Household hazardous waste
