General Fund - Public Safety - Sheriff's Office - $6,852 - Drug seizure funds collected in prior years appropriated from fund balance to cover the cost of gun locks and mounts in six (6) Sheriff's vehicles

b.

Capital Project Fund - County Projects - LEC - $2,900 - to transfer an amount into the Capital Project Fund in order to complete the Law Enforcement Center safety project currently underway. Existing funds are in the Facilities & Maintenance budget

Request approval to purchase 14 vehicles for various departments in the amount of $384,574.60 to be paid by $356,926.60 from FY 2020-2021 budgeted funds and $27,652 Pisgah Health Foundation grant funds and approval for County Manager to sign all required documentation for said purchase(s) - Operations Director Kris Boyd

Request approval of revisions to the Haywood County Public Library Board of Trustees Bylaws; Haywood County Public Library Collection Development Policy and Haywood County Public Library Circulation Policy - Library Director Kathy Vossler

4.

Request approval of amendment to the Smoky Mountain Event Center, Inc. Bylaws - County Attorney Frank Queen

5.

Request approval of Resolution to Dissolve the Haywood County Affordable Housing Council - County Attorney Frank Queen

6.

Request approval to appropriate $350,000 from Fund Balance to the Non-Departmental Salaries & Wages - Regular account and approval for County Manager to distribute funds from the Non-Departmental account to departmental accounts to fund a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) and up to a 2% merit employee salary increase. The increase(s) will be effective January 4, 2021 and will be included in the employee(s) check dated January 22, 2021 - County Manager Bryant Morehead
