General Fund - Public Safety - Sheriff's Office - $3,480 - to appropriate the contributions made to the Sheriff's Office for the purchase of two (2) cameras for the Criminal Investigations Division

Request approval of Agreement between Lake Junaluska Assembly, Inc. and the Sheriff's Office requesting the Sheriff's Office to provide night time security (Sunday - Friday) and 24-hour coverage on Saturdays for the grounds of Lake Junaluska. Cost(s) to be paid from budgeted funds for this fiscal year then reimbursed on a monthly billing cycle by Lake Junaluska Assembly - Chief Deputy Jeff Haynes

Request approval to replace the outbound scale at the Haywood County Material Recovery Facility based on the lowest bid received from Braswell Scale Company in the amount of $86,550 to be paid from solid waste contingency funds - County Solid Waste Environmental Coordinator Randy Siske

Request approval of budget amendment - Special Revenue Fund - Solid Waste Management - Equipment - $86,550 - to cover the cost of the replacement of the outbound scale at the County Material Recovery Facility - Finance Director Julie Davis
